TERMS AND POLICIES 

 

(Entertainers)

  1. NO USING OR SELLING DRUGS
  2. NO PROSTITUTION
  3. Cover stages until relief comes
  4. DJ picks and requests ARE ONLY PLAYED if they fit the time and format.
  5. FIGHTING = $500 fine or termination
  6. ARGUMENT = $50 fine (with another Dancer), $100 fine (with a customer, staff, or DJ), $250 fine or termination (with management)
  7. To bring a customer into the VIP, they are REQUIRED to wear a wristband and must be purchased for $20 at the FRONT DOOR
  8. Check in time starts at the front door and when you are dressed. As soon as you are ready check in with the door and with the DJ.
  9. DO NOT promote for or advertise another club while at G5.
  10. You MUST BE 21 years of age to CONSUME ALCOHOL. Under age drinking will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate termination.
  11. APPS REQUIRED ON ALL ENTERTAINERS (Paper or online)
  12. No moving on dance list
  13. $20 FINE if you do not report to stage or ask to be skipped. If you go on stage with another girl you or skip your rotation, manager must approve.
  14. Latex and full bottoms are required.
  15. Be respectful to all STAFF.
  16. Do not argue or touch a customer, immediately notify management in the event of a disagreement or altercation.
  17. Notify management immediately if a patron enters the premises intoxicated, or attempts to leave intoxicated, whereas their ability to operate a vehicle maybe impaired.
  18. Leave your personal relationships outside the club, your significant other is not permitted to visit with you at the club. Significant others, including but not limited to, boyfriends, spouse, Pimps, managers, lovers (male or female), child’s father, etc. are not permitted to associate with you or enter the building during your shift.

 

(Bartender)

  1. Clean and set up bar daily
  2. Arrive 30 minutes prior to shift
  3. Maintain supply list
  4. Do not leave register unattended
  5. Have all trash removed as necessary
  6. NEED supply order daily, keep track of buckets and crafts
  7. Follow all Local, State and Federal Laws in addition to TABC rules and regulations
  8. Notify management immediately if a patron enters the premises intoxicated, or attempts to leave intoxicated, whereas their ability to safely operate a vehicle maybe impaired.

 

(DJ)

Program Format
12:00 pm to 7:00 pm – Upbeat radio music/1995 to 2017 Top 100.

7:00 pm to 12:00 am – Mainstream Top 40/ Reggaeton

12:00 am to 4:00 am – Party/ Trap Music

  1. Check in ALL entertainers
  2. Must arrive 30 minutes prior to shift
  3. Constantly check the front door to see who has left or checked in
  4. Sell VIP wristbands
  5. Do not let any dancers leave for any reason without talking to a manager first
  6. Instruct dancers to cover stages until relief comes
  7. Requests ARE ONLY PLAYED if they fit the time and format.

(Door Girl)

  1. Charge ALL customers
  2. Check in ALL entertainers
  3. Sell VIP wristbands
  4. Do not leave register unattended for ANY reason
  5. Do not let any dancers leave for any reason without talking to a manager first
  6. Notify management immediately if a patron enters the premises intoxicated, or attempts to leave intoxicated, whereas their ability to safely operate a vehicle maybe impaired.

 

(Parking)

  1. Ensure parking lot cleanliness and safety. Walk girls to vehicles and always check the front door for promotional pricing.
  2. Place cones
  3. Wear vest, carry a flashlight
  4. Shirt must be tucked at all times, shirt must be polo.
  5. Don’t force pricing
  6. Pick up all trash
  7. DO NOT CUT DEALS OR FAVORS FOR DOOR ENTRY. IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
  8. Remember to approach while parking, VIP must be parked, back lot is FREE parking.
  9. No valet attendance can have passes or promotional material. IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
  10. 1 attendant MUST be present by 7:00 pm
  11. If a person arrives at the premises intoxicated, immediately access if they will be a liabilities to the safety of others and/or a disruption to the patrons or staff. If a patron or staff member attempts to leave intoxicated, whereas their ability to safely operate a vehicle maybe impaired, make arrangements for them to be safely taken home, or given adequate time to sober up before allowing them to operate a vehicle.

 

(Waitress)

  1. Must have great customer service
  2. Service customers at the bar or tables
  3. Control point of sale
  4. Upsell VIP
  5. Clean tables as soon as customer(s) leave
  6. Pick up all bottles and alcohol by 2:00 am, throw away all empty cups or buckets
  7. Alert management of illegal activity such as smoking, prostitution, selling of drugs, etc.
  8. Do not confront or argue with entertainers or customers. Bring any problems to management’s attention.
  9. Sweep, throw away trash and clean all tables before leaving
  10. If a person enters the premises intoxicated, immediately access if they will be a liabilities to the safety of others and/or a disruption to the patrons or staff. If a patron or staff member attempts to leave intoxicated, whereas their ability to safely operate a vehicle maybe impaired, make arrangements for them to be safely taken home, or given adequate time to sober up before allowing them to operate a vehicle.

 

 (SECURITY)

  1. NO USING OR SELLING DRUGS.
  2. DO NOT ENCOURAGE, AIDE, PROMOTE OR NEGOTIATE PROSTITUTION.
  3. All money from tips, fines, fees, tables sales and VIP charges are to be turned in to the management immediately.
  4. No alcohol is permitted after 2:00 am, notify all staff and customers to clear all bottles by 1:50 am.
  5. Be respectful to all customers and staff.
  6. Do not argue or touch a customer or staff member unless absolutely necessary, make every attempt to defuse a situation before it escalates.
  7. DO NOT MAKE VERBAL OR PHYSICAL THREATS TO THE CUSTOMERS OR STAFF.
  8. Immediately separate employees or customers involved in altercations.
  9. Leave your personal relationships outside the club, engaging in a personal relationship with any employee at G5 is solely prohibited.
  10. Walk girls to vehicles and always check the front door for promotional pricing.
  11. DO NOT CUT DEALS FOR DOOR ENTRY OR SECTIONS. IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
  12. Notify management immediately if a customer or employee appears to be too intoxicated to operate a vehicle, notify valet to hold their car until management clears them to leave.
  13. Must have great customer service.
  14. Immediately notify Management of illegal activity such as smoking, prostitution, selling of drugs, etc.; then confront the persons involved in the activity.
  15. Follow all local, state and federal laws.

 

  1. In consideration for being employed, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue G5 Primetime, their officers, agents, servants, or employees (hereinafter referred to as releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while in, on, or upon the premises.

 

  1. I am fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with this industry, and I hereby elect to voluntarily work with full knowledge that said environment, though minimal may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being employed, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise. Additionally, I agree not to consume alcohol if I am under the age of 21 and to follow all local, state and federal laws.

 

  1. I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my employment, whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise.

 

  1. I understand that G5 PRIMETIME does not maintain any insurance policy covering any circumstance arising from my participation in this event or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. As such, I am aware that I should review my personal insurance portfolio.

 

  1. It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the above-named releasees. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

 

  1. In signing this release or giving electronic approval, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability, Terms & Policies, and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.

 

  1. In consideration of my employment, upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to G5 PRIMETIME [Web Master/Web-Host] his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom the Web Master/Web-Host is acting, and those acting with his/her authority and permission the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish my photographic portraits, videos or pictures of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character of form, without restrictions as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith. I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunctions therewith of the use to which it may be applied. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless [Web Master/Web-Host], his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture of in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
